Meeting to Review the NSI Strategic Plan 2008-2012

Following the development of its strategic plan in 2008, the NSI Management held a follow-up meeting at the Greiters Conference Centre near Windhoek from 30-31 March 2010 to review the document and to ensure that it is still in line with the Vision, Mission, Brand Promise and Core Values of the NSI. The document was further evaluated for relevancy to the NSI’s Performance Management System (PMS).
The two-day retreat was characterised by discussions and planning, which ended with the provision of a revised document to the NSI Board, aligning the institution’s current business direction with its future plans.
